These Terms & Conditions govern the use of syn-studios.co (the “Website”) and apply to all purchases made from SYN PLANET LTD, trading as SYN STUDIOS (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing this Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Ordering & Payments

1.1. When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
1.2. All prices on the Website are listed in EUR (€) and all transactions are processed in euros. Although SYN PLANET LTD is a UK-registered company, prices are displayed in euros to align with our international customer base. All listed prices include VAT.
1.3. Payments are securely processed through Stripe, ensuring encrypted transactions. Customers can complete purchases using credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club International, JCB, Union Pay, Cartes Bancaires), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Link by Stripe), and Buy Now, Pay Later options (Klarna and Clearpay).. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
1.4. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
1.5. If payment is declined or flagged as fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the order without liability.

2. Production & Shipping

2.1. On-Demand Production: All garments are produced on demand, meaning they are created only when an order is placed to avoid overproduction.
2.2. Production Time: Orders take up to 4 weeks to be produced before shipping.
2.3. Shipping Time: Once production is complete, estimated shipping times range from 2 to 7 working days, depending on the destination.
2.4. Delivery Delays & Lost Parcels: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, SYN PLANET LTD is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered parcels. Customers are encouraged to track their orders using the provided tracking information. If a parcel is lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
2.5. International Orders: Customers outside the United Kingdom may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the recipient.

3. Returns & Exchanges

3.1. Return Request Period: Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
3.2. Return Shipping Timeframe: Once a return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.
3.3. Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Have original tags intact

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Be free of any damage, stains, or odors

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

3.4. Exclusions: We do not accept returns for customized or personalized items.
3.5. Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at business@syn-studios.co with your order details. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
3.6. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, as required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All content on this Website, including text, images, branding, and product designs, is the property of SYN PLANET LTD and is protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and other applicable intellectual property laws.
4.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of this Website without our written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. We strive to ensure product accuracy, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or pricing on the Website are free of errors.

  • Delays in delivery beyond our control

  • Losses due to reliance on Website content
