Shipping & Delivery

All SYN STUDIOS garments are produced on demand, meaning they are crafted specifically for each customer to minimize waste and overproduction. Production takes up to 4 weeks from the date the order is placed. Once production is complete, estimated delivery times range from 2 to 7 working days, depending on the destination.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, SYN STUDIOS is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered parcels. Customers are encouraged to track their orders using the provided tracking information. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the recipient.


Returns

As all garments are produced on demand, returns are only accepted under specific conditions. Customers must request a return within 14 days of delivery. Once the return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. SYN STUDIOS does not cover the cost of return postage.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags intact and returned in their original packaging. Items must also be free from stains, odors, or damage. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined. Personalized or customized items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, customers must contact [your email] with their order details. Once the return request is approved, further instructions will be provided.


Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
